Metamorphosis Bootcamp 2

Launching on the 10th of January will be Metamorphosis Bootcamp 2 at P{owerfit Personal Training. The bootcamp is $99 for MWF 530am-630am training. That is 8.25 a class. It is an amazing deal. The camp is not like other camps. Although we will hit Cardio it will not be a cardio onslaught. The goal is to make sure that you get in a progressive manner all the training essentials.

Mental Limitations
